To ensure that your grievance is investigated and resolved as quickly as possible, please ensure that you provide all relevant information. We will normally acknowledge receipt of your grievance within a working day and you can expect it to be resolved within 15 working days.

E-Global Trade & Finance Group, Inc will review the customer's complaint to find the best solution that will satisfy the customer. The client will receive a response with information about the proposed actions or measures taken by the company within 15 business days.
